Reservations Terms & Conditions

  • A non refundable deposit of $ 500.00 AUD/USD per room/bure is payable at time of confirmation.
  • Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.  Cancellation fees apply up to full forfeiture so trip cancellation insurance is recommended.  SurfBreak Fiji will quote a Travelex insurance policy which must be accepted or declined by email.
  • Cancellation notice must be received by email, the receipt of which must be verified by a duly authorized representative of SurfBreak Fiji.
  • No refund will be given for no-shows, unused days, unused portions of pre-paid packages, whether due to weather, illness, or for any circumstances that are beyond the control of SurfBreak Fiji.
  • Refunds are subject to bank fee/credit card fee adjustments, and currency fluctuations.
  • Check-In time at Plantation Island Resort is 12:00 PM, and Check-Out time is 10:00 AM.
    • Rates can be withdrawn or modified without notice at any time prior to confirmation and final payment.
    • Rates subject to change should there be a currency fluctuation or events occur beyond SurfBreak Fiji’s control.
  • Surfing will commence on the day after arrival in Fiji, as most surfing commences in the early hours of the morning.
  • Included in the package is  a daily 4 hour surf trip from the Resort to the most suitable surf spot each day.
  • The boat trip from Plantation Island Resort out to these surf spots is on average 20 minutes.
  • Trip includes: qualified lifeguard/surf guide, bottled water and snacks.
  • Departure time each day will be between 7.30 am and 8.30 am and will confirmed 24 hours in advance if the time is to change.
    • If Surf conditions are not suitable alternative trips will be supplied that will commence from the Resort and will run for 2 to 4 hours – these include but are not limited to : Surf the coral coas, travelling by road,   going to explore some beaches and highland / off-road tours. Fishing in the ocean or in  the mangrove  rivers. Island  hopping , town visits to watch a local rugby match, tours around the local markets.
  • Please be advised that SurfBreak Fiji will not accept any responsibility for any guest loss of or damage to personal equipment and property during participation in any activity.
  • Guest acknowledges that surfing is a potentially dangerous activity and that SurfBreak Fiji is not accept responsibility for any injuries.
  • Guest further acknowledges that he/she has the requisite skills to safely surf Fiji’s challenging reef breaks.
  • It is agreed that the Guest will carry necessary insurances to cover  in the case of injury, loss etc.
  • SurfBreak Fiji  will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of Surf Break Fiji’s control such as late arrival of Domestic or International Flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
